The purpose of consortium is to raise, budget, spend funds and enable collaboration in support and development of technology platforms / software, promotional or open-source activities relating to defining, promoting and improving technology and tools for the architecture, engineering and construction industry in four key areas: Performance and Sustainability, Data-sharing Platform, Operational Efficiencies, and Redefining Project Delivery.

Membership Coming Soon
The initial stage is open to all members who voluntarily choose to participate. These members will execute membership agreements as founding members which, in turn, will result in being shareholders of the entity. It is the intent to seek participation from approximately 40 members. After the initial two-year period, the goal is to move the consortium to a subscription model which will be open to those members who did not participate in stage 1.
